Contrary to what Aeria games translated as the class Ranger, there is no such class in the original chinese version. The chinese name it Vigilante, the japanese named it Outlaw. Vigilante basically means Wandering Outlaw in chinese.. therefore, the class name Ranger is only specific to Aeriagames.
Ranger specialises in Guns and Pistols, and wears light armor. It seems that Pistols will be released in the far future, they're guns which are 1-handed. this means that we can dual wield guns..
